This is not an option in ACT!... the usual way is to use Outlook if you need this.
What version of ACT! are you running?

Thanks for the prompt response. My Act! is called Professional 8.0, version 18.104.22.168. I did not really want to continue using Outlook Express because of problems with inserting pictures into my emails. I tend to email a group of 20 odd clients with product news (text and pictures), about once a week. Not really a heavy load but enough to make it frustrating if everything does not run smoothly.
Surely there must be a config file somewhere that can be tweaked?
