After one year of successfully being able to send email from Act 2010 with Outlook 2003, i have suddenly encountered a problem in which Act gives me the following error when trying to send an email to a Act contact or when trying to perform a mail merge: Act Email MFC Application has stopped working. For additional information please see the screen print of the error below. Have searched the Act Knowledge base, however none of the recommendations have worked. Can anyone help?

Thank you very much, this seems to have fixed the problem for now.
Is this a temporary fix or permanent?
Will i have to start the printer spooler service again, in order to print?
