I am using ACT! by Sage 2010 Version 12.0.409.0, Hotfix 3, single user.
I am using the Act Email client as a stand-alone; no Outlook. Some of my received emails come with an attachment, but the file can't be found. I can't find the directory where Act is supposedly looking; I assume it's hidden. This is happening w
This seems to be random, but not infrequent. I can't find anything on the forums. Does anyone else experience this?

Have you been able to determine any pattern? Is it a particular type of file (PDF, Word Doc, etc.)?
Are the emails from a particular email address or domain (ex: *@gmail.com)?
