We keep finding our alarms are being deledted by ACT without any action from us . Does anyone know how to stop this? We are on MS Windows 10 and this is ACT 2011 and integrates with MS Outlook.

Act! v17 and above are the only certified and supported versions of Act! to work with Windows 10 and previous versions of Act! may have issues that cannot be resolved.
