I am using Act! Pro v 16.0.291 with Windows 7 and Office 2010. I use several different email accounts for different clients I do work for. When I create an email merge, the REPLYTO and From are correct, but the emails are being processed and send from the wrong account. Is there a way to fix this? It appears the emails are going out correctly, but I want to see them coming from my correct email account. I'm also concerned about the privacy between clients. I don't want to have a client seeing emails for another client.
I hope this makes sense. Anyone else run into this problem?
