Using Sage ACT! Pro 2011 Version 13.1.111.0, Hot Fix 6.
The only cause I could think of was I did some defining of fields, and some other things that locked the database for a while.
Thoughts on the potential cause?

Thank you. This fixed the issue exactly, it was an issue with TeamViewer.

Many of the links here reference the Sage web site and those links are no longer valid. However the document ID number is valid on the Swiftpage/ACT! knowledgebase. Just search for the ID number.

Thank you Roy. I had noticed that and have been able to before. This time I couldn't. I think the phone range, I got sidetracked, and ADHD hit me. Look! A squirrel!
