Act Crashing

I am using Act 9.0.1.162 and have been having issues with it crashing.

 

The crashes occur mainly when I try and drop a document on the Documents Tab. It is not a large file and nothing out of the ordinary. The error message says "The application has encountered an error and has been shut down. Would you like to report the error?"

 

How do I make this go away?

 

I have run the maintanance on the database and everything checks out fine.

 

Any suggestions?

I am using ACT! 2006 in the terminal servers. When users login in 1 terminal server, they have no problem to login. When user login in the other terminal server. This message prompts, but it allows to go to the ACT. Not all the users has the problem to this server. No idea how to fix it. Any idea?

I am having similar issues, and haven't been able to find a resolution yet either.

I am using Act 9.0.1.162, with Hotfix 3.
