Act Cloud - Unable to change Limited Access en masse

Customer has an extensive sales team. When they re-org regions they need to quickly update Limited Access for 1,000's of records at a time. I was just told by tech support that the ability to perform Limited Access updates en masse IS NOT AVAILABLE in the new Cloud version. Isn't Act supposed to be a sales tool...the need to EASILY and IMMEDIATELY manage contact record access between users is critical. This customer has specifically said they will not be dumping Act immediately over this incredible oversight on Act's part. Act at this time expects users to manually updated Limited Access on thousands of records when they need to make these changes, or tech support said they will do this for customers on a one-by-one basis which is incredibly inefficient and tedious. Has anyone else run into this as an issue for their customers? I am shocked that this is something Act missed when they launched the Cloud version.
