I have just installed a new hard drive after a failure on my old one
I am trying to reinstall act V10 2008 from the CD but it keeps freezing I have established the CD is corrupted/damaged can I obtain a new install CD/download using my existing Key
I have just been given with the intention to install on my laptop (from a bundled software package) Act v10 2008 Premium If I install this instead will the backed up database files from Act v10 2008 work with the premium edition and can i then sync between the 2 versions

If you open a non-Premiuim database in a Premium version of ACT!, you will prompted to convert the database to Prremium format. You will then be unable to open the database in a non-Premium version of ACT! In addition, a non-Premium database cannot sync with a Premium database.
