When I go to print my task report or contact report it freezes and says ACT is not responding; this is a new issue; started last night... I did go on the knowledge base and deleted and replaced the report files but still not working.. any suggestions -

Are you able to print the reports in the demo database? If you are, try running through database maintenance from actdiag.
