Act 9.0 update - db schema update failed

Here is my About Act! information:

ACT! by Sage 2007 (9.0) Version 9.0.1.162, Hotfix 1, 

 

I received a pop up notice that I needed to update my Act! Software.

 

I downloaded and ran the update.  After the update was successfully installed it attempted to open my db.

 

I now get the error message:

 

Exceptions occured while executing Db Schema Update Script.

Check errors in C:\ProgramData\Sage Software SB, Inc\Act!\9.1.162.0\_ActSchemaUpdateResultsfilename03262009112115.txt.

 

Here is that report: (My note:  NOTE AT THE BOTTOM IT REFERENCES AN ACT7 DATABASE - I updated from Act 7 to Act 9 previously with no problems - does this matter???).  I've bolded information that I've changed in the report not to show identifying information.

kwhatley was able to resolve the issue by importing into a new database.
