Act 9.0 is closing when printing a contact report

Act 9.0 is closing when printing a contact report

I am going nuts here!  Act 9.0 gives an error message about Corrupt memory and closes when trying to print a contact report.  I can print out of any other program on my PC just not Act.
 
Anyone have any ideas?!?!?

Does this happen when you try to print any other report from ACT! 9? If not, you likely have a corrupted contact report template.

Well, I just got to the office and ACT is able to print just fine.  At home I have to change the printer at the time of printing the report.  Maybe that is the issue.  Thanks very much for your response, and I will post what the issue really was when and if I figure that out!
