We are upgrading our ACT 6.0 to Act Premium 2008 - Vers 10. We are presently live with the ACT 6.0 and are testing the conversion to ACT 10.0. Our databse is around 54 MG. In order to get our ACT records over to vers 10, I've exported the entire database in version 6.0. Next, I've opened the exported database in ACT 10.0, and the conversion is successful, with the exception of the Record Manager in the Notes tab. Each note has the Record Manager set to my user name. It is critical to our operation that the original Record Manager is maintained. How can I convert the Vers 6.0 data to Vers 10., without losing the Notes, record manager data ?

The record manager information was changed when you did the export in ACT! 6. Just make a copy of the database and convert that. It will retain the record manager information.
