I use ACT!2013 Premium. I use Internet mail.
When I received in my computer an email with 1 attachment and open the mail the attachment does not´t exist.
When my assistant receives the same mail , she has the attachment , then she forwards the mail again form the same account and I receive it and I can open and read the mail. I don't know how may I resolve this problem

It sounds like there may be something wrong with you e-mail database. I would recommend calling in for support at 866-578-7876 to try to troubleshoot this.
