Act 2013 not showing Attachments on inbound email

I use ACT!2013 Premium. I use Internet mail.

When I received in my computer an email with 1 attachment and open the mail the attachment does not´t exist.

When my assistant receives the same mail , she has the attachment , then she forwards the mail again form the same account and I receive it and I can open and read the mail. I don't know how may I resolve this problem

It sounds like there may be something wrong with you e-mail database. I would recommend calling in for support at 866-578-7876 to try to troubleshoot this.

Hi Antonio,

 

Make sure you've set up the Outlook Rule as shown in the attached document.

Hi,David.

I haven't so much experience to do that, Anyway I use Internet mail I don´t use Outlook. How do I resolve this case?

I don't believe it will work with Internet Mail.

Why don't you use Outlook?

I have been an Internet Mail user for 10 years,and I'm satisfy with the performance. Then I need to resolve the problem using it
