I have Act 2013 with Laser App Enterprise 10 on a Win 7 Pro machine, with remote database on another machine through a router. My only problem with Act is field mapping to Laser App. Laser App looks at the PAD file for fields and what it reports is about 60 % correct , fields are missing, some don't belong to my PAD file. I have gone through a lot of customization of fields because of my business but the results when mapping don't make sense. Like here is an example: I added fields child1, child2, child3, child4 and only 1 and 2 are mapable 3 & 4 didn't show up so as a test I deleted child 3 and entered it again and it showed up but still no child4. The problem is scattered and has no discernible pattern. I have gone through normal database maintenance with no changes.
