All of a sudden today, I am getting an error when I try to synch act 2013 Pro with Outlook 2010
Ther error is
Errror HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.
Any idea What I should be looking for?

First try shutting down the sync between ACT and Outlook.
1. Close Outlook.
2. In ACT select Tools > Synchronize with Outlook > Outlook Synchronization Preferences and disable Calendar and Contact synchronization with Outlook.
3. Close ACT.
4. Restart the SQL instance of ACT.
5. Restart ACT and then re-enable sync with Outlook.
If that fails then I would reinstall SQL Server.

Took a complete reinstall of SQL.
