-Using Sage ACT! version 22.214.171.124
-Database is being shared from a server
-Win7 Citrix session running on a thin client
-Have not had this issue till this past Thursday
Similar to what this user was doing in this thread http://community.act.com/t5/Act/Wierd-error-message/m-p/55427/highlight/true#M28849 . Two of our users were deleting contact group memberships and after a while they would get that popup. So far they are the only two having this issue. They have been going through about 850 contacts.
Closing ACT and re-opening will allow them to continue but that's not a real fix. Being that these users are working with citrix sessions on thin clients, and from what my superior has told me all settings on the citrix side are optimal already.
So I was wondering what I could do to troubleshoot this particular issue. The other threads that I've read have links to KBs that have been moved with no following link.

The other threaded links should be compatible just by changing the domain to http://kb.swiftpage.com/ instead of answers.sagesoftwareonline.com.

I have just finished changing the layout with the user and the error still popps up. Available layouts were "Basic Layout 1024X768" and "Basic Layout 800x600"
Would my next step be to recreate these layouts and test with the user to rule out the Layouts?
