I am using Act 2013. A colleague who used to use Act 2010 or 2011 has given me the opportunity to import some of his records into Excel and import them into 2013. However, having made sure all the headers are the same ie Contact, Name, Company, E-Mail etc etc I am now stuck on how I also export to Excel the Notes'Histories information as I really need that information too. Can this be done?
If there is another way to get the information from his machine to mine which allows all the Notes/History information to come across this would be helpful too.

Hi, I have aces to both Act systems. Can you suggest the best way to get the group of records including Notes/Histories from one machine to another?
