Act 2013 Bug - Email Field hover color stays red on any new layout or copied layout.

I reported a bug today, just wanted to share with everyone.

When you add an email to a contact record, it is 'blue'. when you hover over it nothing happens but you can click to it and it opens your email editor. However if you Duplicate the layout or create a new layout, when you then hover over the email field, it changes to 'red' and changes all email fields thereafter to red. 

Anyway, just wanted to share with everyone.

I have noticed the same thing.  Doesn't appear to harm anything, but it is a point that is inconsistent with industry standards and leave the user wondering what happened.
