Act 2012 with windows 7-64bit+office 2007/2010 32bit

Hello,

I am considering buying a new computer with a Windows 7-64bit operating system (because our computer is having major issues).  I currently use Act Pro 2009 with Outlook 2007 with XP.  I am concerned that if I switch to Windows 7-64bit and then run Office 2007 or Office 2010 in 32 bit with Act 2007 or 2012 that "things" will not run smoothly my computer with some programs using 32 bit and some using 64 bit.  Does anyone have experience running Act on windows 7-64bit with Outlook in32 bit?  Thank you.

Just a note: Depending on the versions of ACT! and Outlook - they may or may not be compatible with each other.  If you remain with ACT! 2009 and upgrade to Office 2010, ACT! and Office will not be able to fully integrate.  If you upgrade to ACT! 2011/2012 this will not be an issue, even if you continue to use Office 2007 or Office 2003.

Interestingly, as a company, we decided to move to Act 2012 with Office 2010 32 bit on a Windows 7 X64 machine, and we have yet to see the promised intergration that we were promised on purchasing. We have followed all the guides but all the toolbar on the addin tab on the ribbon has is Sync Contacts and sync calendar. The quick attach menus do not appear or any other of the extras. It obviously works for you, is there a secret we do not know about?
