I am using Sage ACT! Pro 2012 Version 14.0.572.0, Hot Fix 1
About twice a week, Act loses all my open (and sent) emails and also loses track of which emails from my email account that I've read. So, on send/receive, I then access and download all the emails from my service, and have to go through them all and delete the ones I've already read.
Is there a way to find the old email database? Or, is there a fix being worked on?
I know I'm not the only one with this type of problem, because I've talked to another person with the same issue.
If I were to switch to Eudora, would that help?
