Using Act! Pro 2012 Version 14.1.108.0
Outlook Office Professional Plus 2010 Version 14.0.7172.5000
Calendar sync won't work in either direction.
I had no problems, for years syncing calendar items either direction.
Last week I was playing with Outlook, and added an outlook.com email , I have since removed that. That is the only thing I can think of that stopped the syncing of calendars.
Stand alone single user of ACT and Outlook. One PC for both.
Any suggestions? What information do you need.

Check your default Data Files setting under Account Settings in Outlook 2010.

Assuming Windows 7 Pro.
Don't remember the exact locations of everything on those versions of Act and Outlook, but make sure your default Outlook profile is set up correctly (in the Mail Control Panel). Syncing will use the default Outlook profile.

UPDATE:
ACT appears to be adding new items from ACT! calendar to OUTLOOK ARCHIVE calendar, not main calendar. Does that piece of info help any of you gurus with a potential solution for me?
