I'm using Outlook 2010 with Act 2012 premium and am having problems getting contacts to sync. Syncing worked fine until a week or so ago. Now Act Integration seems to be going through the gyrations but the sync fails.
I've been through the knowledge base and tried one solution (#27105 ) suggesting deleting the "contacts.metadata" files from the "outlook sync" folder. I then noticed the solution was for Act 2011. Long story short it still doesn't sync. Also the metada files were not re-created after rebooting.
Is there any way to fix this problem or do I have to reinstall Act?
