ACT 2011 Pro hotfix 6 on Windows 7 with microsoft outlook 2007.
When i receive an email i use the ACT attach icon in outlook. The email shows up under the contact history but the attach icon (paperclip) is missing. I am not able to click on it to open up the original email from within ACT to foward or reply.

Under preferences and Email Setup wizard you must have the type of history to record set to "E-mail subject, message and all attachments" for that to happen. If you have the recommended default of e-mail subject and message then that is all that will appear in your act history.
