My laptop crashed in April 2012 and I had to reload Act! Pro 2011. At the same time I decided to upgrade to Microsoft Office 2010. I lost everything and was only able to get my contact information back by reverse-syncing from my Blackberry back through Outlook. I don't know if any of this is relevant, but I thought I should mention it
The problem I've been having is that when I sync my ACT calendar with Outlook, the contact the activity pertains to isn't the one being "scheduled with". All of my meetings, etc. show up as being with ME. This is problematic, as you can imagine. I've been all through the Outlook preferences and can't figure out how to fix this. I've resorted to entering the customer's name in the location field, since that field is updating properly.
Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?
