We have a new computer with Windows 8. Act 2011 worked fine. We had to upgrade it to Windows 8 Pro and now Act no longer works. When I try to open the database I receive this error - " the database ......could not be accessed. In order to access the database check your network connection and verify that your database server is available. It may be necessary to disable any firewall software on your computer or the server." Is there a way for me to fix this?

ACT! 2011 was never checked on Windows 8 so there isn't any information on what might be wrong.
