Act 2011 Pro User/License amount

My company has three copy's of Act Pro 2011.  We also purchased three retail boxs with three activations from a authorized reseller on ebay.  Currently we are only allowed six active users on the database.  Now, my thinking could be wrong but shouldn't we be able to have more than six axctive users?  I'm thinking I should be able to have nine users, or is this just a pipe dream??

Thank you for your help!

You have six licenses, so six active users. Each retail box is one license.

Okay. So, with my three activation's does this mean I can have the software on three different machines tied to only one user in the database?

The best way to figure ACT licenses is to count people. Each physical person needs a license.
