Can anyone tell me WHAT Sage is doing to correct the NAGGING issue with preference file corruption? I find it must be rebuilt about 2 or 3 times per week. I've used ACT since the mid 90's and have never seen a production version which was so unstable!

We are encountering the same issues. We have 30 ACT users and far too frequently users are having to recreate and reset their preferences.
Could Symantec Endpoint or MS Windows 7/MS Office 2010 updates/patches be causing the corruption? If so, when will this be corrected and fixed?
