- When did this start happening?
- Your computer's operating system
- Is your database shared or local to your machine?

The message says the database cannot be accessed. It happened this afternoon after a tech was cleaning up my computer and removing unused programs. The ACT! program is synchronized to a lap top we seldom use and linked with a ncompute to this main machine.
