I use Act every day and beginning last week, it simply won't start. I have not upgraded or done anything different that I know of. When I double click the icon or try running the exe file from the directory, it just does nothing. Any suggestions?

Hello Jim,
Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. In regards to your issue, open your Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Del) and look under the Processes tab. When you double-click the ACT! program icon, do you see the process ActSage.exe appear then disappear? Or is that process already there? Also, what version of ACT! do you have installed and on what operating system?
