I successfully configured and saved the internet email option. Act successfully sent a test message.
When I try to write an email I get a email not setup message. No options are listed in the setup wizard box.
I have to shut down ACT and reboot and I will get the outlook express and internet mail option in the wizard box.
I again complete the process and still cannot send an email.

This could be due to a problem with your email database (ActEmailMessageStore). Please use the steps in KB 19661 to verify the email database is connected.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
