I am a fairly new user of Act!2010 , single user, using the Act email system. I don't have Outlook set-up on my machine.
I've been sending emails just fine, but in trying to reply to one from my Act! sales rep, I find the reply is stuck in the Outbox.
I saw an old post about this, without any apparent solution, and just replied to it on the forum.
What's the cause, and what's the solution?
