To efficiently use Act alarms (clear, reschedule, etc.), the best scenario is when the PC is restarted and ACT is started but before starting Outlook. Doing anything with ACT alarms is super fast in this scenario and then slows to a crawl (10-30+ seconds) once Outlook is started. I have now gotten into the habit of scheduling non-critical alarms (alarms I dont really need to save in ACT) in Microsoft Outlook so I'm not wasting time waiting on ACT to go through the activities of alarm setting.
Any advice or update coming soon on this issue?
