I'd doubt it.
Typically support for new builds of MS Office are added to ACT! about 30-60 days after Microsoft does the retail release.

The main reason is that MS make's changes during beta (some that they don't properly explain) that makes developing for pre-release versions somewhat tricky. They did this with Vista, Office 2007 and Windows 7
With Office 2007, the changes to the new file format and development tools were so great, as well as the users not upgrading very quickly, meant that it wasn't added to ACT! till ACT! 2008
But it is smart of you to have checked, which I recommended here:

Welcome to the ACT! Online Community. In regards to Office 2010, we anticipate that the upcoming version of ACT! (2011) will support this. We are still looking into compatability with ACT! 2010. Any new information or updates will posted in this forum or in our Knowledgebase as it becomes available. As Mike stated earlier, it depends on the level of changes that Microsoft made to Office as to how quickly and cleanly we can adapt ACT! to integrate with them.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

Are you saying it could be 6 months before Act is compatible with Office 2010?
And then we will need to buy ACT 2011?

Sage typically releases new versions late August or early Sept... so, that would be the latest.
I do believe they are looking into the possibility of adding it to ACT! 2010 ... but, as has been said, this will depend on the effort required due to changes in the Office product
