Okay so we are running ACT 2010 and here is our problem.
My windows program is Windows 7 Professional (32 Bit), my bosses are Windows 7 Professional (64 Bit), Our server which operates its own license does not have a windows program on it, and the conference computer is running on Windows 2007.
The conference room computer has listed under its other templates all of our customized templates that we have been using for years past. However none of the other computers show these templatesas an option. After hours of comparison I have found that the only difference between these four computers is thatwhen I go to Tools, Preferences, Communication, the conference room shows 2002, 2003 or 2007 preferred as to where the other computers show ACT Work Processor. The problem is that there is not another option. What do I need to do to make these templates available for use?
