Act 2010 Sync with Outlook 2010

When this does the sync is there a way to have the company name also show up in the Outlook Calendar. What is showing up now is just what I put in the Regarding section in Act. So, if I put Initial Communication, that is what shows up with no client information.

Re: Act 2010 Sync with Outlook 2010

Hello ct_state,

The current calendar copy will only display what is in the regarding field on the Outlook calendar. If you open the Outlook calendar item, you will see more details including the contact name. If you would like more info to show on the calendar, then you would need to type that info in the regarding field in ACT!. Also, please note that ACT! 2010 is not supported with Office 2010 (which is still in beta), so you may experience some issues that cannot be supported.
