Act! 2010 SP1 Bombs out on Database Update

I just applied the automated update (Act 2010 SP1) and the database update bombs out.  I was a clean install of Act 2010 and have not made any radical customizations.  Looks like the script is trying to insert a null value that is not allowed by the database settings.  Cannot find any support info about this.  Any help is appreciated.
