When I open Act! it insists I register it, but it doesn't accept the previously valid serial and activation numbers.
I have done everything from Answer ID 14245 to no avail.
Should I reinstall the software?
Any good advice appeciated.

If you are running ACT! 2009 on a Vista or Windows 7 operating system, try the 'Run as administrator' option. To do this:
- close ACT!
- right click on ACT! icon
- select 'Run as administrator'
- register if prompted
- close and open ACT! again to test
If prompted to register again, try opening with 'Run as administrator' again.
