My MD has Act! 2009 and outlook 2010. We are looking to upgrade his Act! but I was wondering if we would need to upgrade the rest of the companies act accounts for them to be compatible with the MDs version.

All computers accessing the same database (shared) or synchronizing with a publisher (remote) must be on the same version of Sage ACT!.
