Act 2009 and Outlook 2003

Everything seems to be working fine except for one thingI sent an email from Act yesterday and it shows up in my contact's historyI closed Act last night and my contact replied to my email earlier this morning before I opened up ActI thought it was supposed to show up as a received email in Act whether Act is open or closedHowever, when I opened up Act it wasn't showing upIs there a setting that I need to change?

Thanks

Re: Act 2009 and Outlook 2003

Hi Ricky

Emails you send, are attached automatically to Act!. Emails you receive, need to be attached manually, from within Outlook 2003. Look for the 4 Act! icons at the top right of Outlook 2003.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Am I correct that there's no setting to have it done automatically and I need to click on the icon in Outlook if I want it saved in Act history?

Re: Act 2009 and Outlook 2003

Outlook rules can be used to automatically attach inbound messages to Act as well. The how to can be found in the knowledge base.
