we are currently using Act 2009 Premium (11). It was working fine with office 2007 but last week we upgraded Office to 2010 Plus. I know that Act 2009 dont support Office 2010 so what are our options - to buy upgrade for Act to 2011 version ? Do we have any other choices ?

There is an inexpensive add-on from one of our development partners that makes ACT! 2010 compatible with Office 2010. I'm not sure how well that will work with ACT! 2009, but I have heard that the designer was able to customize it for another user. You will want to contact them to inquire. If this does not work, then upgrading to ACT! 2011 would be the only other option.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

For full functionality you'll need the add-on product though.
