Hoping someone can help. I recently upgraded from Act 2005 to 2009 STD. After the upgrade completed I only had 1 contact.
Before the upgrade I had 794 contacts with notes, etc. in 2005. I backed up prior to upgrading, and during the install I followed the instructions to back up my e-mail and database. Only problem is I have lost the Act 2005 disc.
I've tried installing a fresh copy of 2009 on a different pc and opening/converting a copy of my backup. Same deal only 1 contact.
