I am trying to move an Act 2009 installation to a new computer (from Windows Vista to Server 2008 R2). The trial is running just fine on the new computer, but the software won't let me activate, either by phone or via the internet. I have called customer support a couple of times, and they have reset my activations and provided me with an activation code to complete the process, but nothing is working.
Can anybody assist with this issue?

Welcome to the Sage ACT! User Community. I'm sorry to hear of the activation issues you are experiencing. If you can please send me the serial number(s) you are using via Private Message in this forum, I will see if there are any issues there.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
