I have Act 2009 (ver. 11), Outlook 2007 (though seriously considering downgrading to 2003), Windows XP SP3.
Act is auto recording messages sent TO clients just fine, but it is not recording messages sent FROM clients. Is it even possible to have this done automatically?
Quick Attach doesn't seem to work. The only way I can record emails from clients is to use the "Attach To Act Contact" which is slow and pulls up every contact in Act and I have to select the contact to attach to.

Quick attach can work, but bear in mind the matching is currently being made based on contact name, however in version 11.1 that will change and the mapping will be made based on email address isntead. Inbound emails do not auto attach but it is possible to set up outlook rules to handle this event.
