Act! 2008 on Vista PC, How To Move To Act! 2011 on Win7 64-Bit

Currently have 3 copies of Act! 2008 Pro running on Vista Home Premium PC's. The PC which is used as the "server" (that is, the one from which PAD files are pushed out to the other two PC's) is being replaced by a Win7 Home Premium 64-bit PC. Is there a way I can use an Upgrade version of Act! 2011 to get Act! on the Win7 PC? Or am I going to have to purchase a Full version for that PC, since Act! isn't installed on it currently? The "old" PC will no longer be used.

You can purchase an ACT upgrade license for every license you already own.

I know I can buy one, but will it work to do an install on a PC without an existing Act! installation?

Yes, the software can run for 30 days without registering it.
