Act 2008 and Outlook 2007: "Could not retrieve IMessage: Interface is not supported."

I get the above error message whenever I try to send an e-mail message from Act 2008. I'm running Windows XP SP2, and have config'd Outlook as my e-mail client within Act, and I think I did it correctly. I've done a forum search (nothing) and a Google search on the error message, but it yields nothing I can make sense of. Can anyone assist?

Re: Act 2008 and Outlook 2007: "Could not retrieve IMessage: Interface is not supported."

I am call ID 10246909, 10312036 and 10316019 trying to get Act!2007 to use Outlook 2003 for email.  XP Pro.
Support finally got Act! to use Outlook to setup email and look like it was going to work so now I am back to the original problem:
Could not retrieve IMessage:  Interface is not supported

You might also try registering redemption.dll?

C:\Program Files\ACT\Act for Windows>regsvr32 redemption.dll

From the Command Prompt, change directory to the ACT! program folder

regsvr32 redemption.dll
