The company uses Act 2008 10.0. We recently had an act synchronization error:
"Synchronization has failed. Server Error Description: Agent Facade failed to get message to remote. Agent Facade failed to get Content operations. Invalid high surrogate character (0xDFFB). A high surrogate character must have a value from range (0xD800-0xDBFF). Contact your administrator for assistance".
We found no solution for this error. So we tossed all the RDB's.
After overcoming come I/O exception errors, we were able to create a one whole new rdb.
This RDB was syncing fine.
Current error, this RDB seems to sync perfectly yet not all the changed made by the RDB are not going through to the DB.
To emphasize, the RDB has been editing values in a three drop down menus and when the sync completes, the changes made in those three edited drop down don't come through in the DB.

I'm currently getting the same message on an ACT! 2011 remote database. It is affecting only one database out of about 6 at the client site. We've run all of the ACTDIAG maintenance procedures on the remote database. Sage, any idea on a fix for this?
