Act 2008 (Standard) automatic start on server

Is there a way to automatically start ACT on the server?  Is it as easy as doing a "NET Start MSSQL$ACT7" in a batch job/script?  I see posts for the premium version but can't find a post for the standard version.

TIA

Mark,

NET Start MSSQL$ACT7 will ony start our SQL instance and it should be set to startup automatically anyways.  Try using Windows Scheduled Tasks to load ACT! during logon.

If I start ACT via a schedule (or the start menu) it sits on the login screen.  Is this enough to allow users to synchronize?

Nobody sits at the server and uses ACT.  The only reason it is installed and run on the server is for local network attached users to be able to synch their laptops.  Is automatically starting the database enough?

Thanx
