Hi - I'm running ACT 2008 in the UK and simply want to make calls to Contacts using a headset and having ACT dial the phone number for me at the touch of a button.
Currently, the best I can do is get ACT to dial the number but when the Contact picks up, I can hear them but they can't hear me, as soon as I click talk I'm cut off - I've checked my Microphone is set to on - Do I need a telephone?? as I currently am connected straight into a phoneline. If so what type of phone do i need?? Do I also need any additional software?? or is everything I need provided in ACT 2008??

Are you using DSL ?
Cable / Broadband ?
Regular phone line ?
