Just converted Act 6 database without any problems. The imort contacts screen will not appear using either the mouse or manually on the menu. Export appears fine. Any ideas?

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

No I can click on it, just that the menu does not appear. It is fine with other databases. I wondered whether it was somehow locked, I have administrator level access. I think I might export the whole thing to dbf or other file format & reimport. The export data menu works fine.
